Ubisoft ha anche annunciato in via ufficiale il prossimo arrivo di Far Cry 4. L'uscita è prevista per il 20 novembre su PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One e Xbox 360 e si presenta come una continuazione strutturale del terzo capitolo per quanto riguarda la meccanica shooter in prima persona e a mondo aperto. Lo sviluppo è guidato dal team di Ubisoft Montréal, in collaborazione con gli studi Ubisoft di Red Storm Entertainment, Toronto, Shanghai e Kiev. Far Cry 4 è ambientato a Kyrat, una regione dell'Himalaya. Prevista inoltre anche un'edizione speciale limitata chiamata "La redenzione di Hurk".

La versione pirata su PC non permette di cambiare il FOV, e Alex Hutchinson, producer del gioco, ne ha approfittato per prendere per il culo tutti i minchioni che se ne stavano lamentando su internet:

La cosa in realtà viene risolta dalla patch day one del gioco, e ovviamente in risposta al tweet è tutto un "eh ma è gente che ci gioca offline su Uplay", "eh ma è gente senza internet", "eh ma è perché non rispettate gli utenti PC".
Ma state almeno in silenzio cazzo!
Nel frattempo cmq la patch è stata già piratata, così la "master race" potrà tornare a lamerare sui forum.
