Grand Theft Auto V has become the UK's best-selling game of all time, according to retail monitor Chart-Track.

Having launched on Xbox One and PS4 on November 18, day one sales alone saw GTA V overtake Call of Duty Black Ops to become the UK's No.1 game in terms of units sold.
